Crude Prices Down Slightly, Wednesday, April 18, 2007 12:03:31 PM
Crude prices were down on Wednesday in U.S. trading. Light sweet crude oil was down 17 cents to $62.93.According to the Energy Department`s weekly report, crude inventories in the U.S. dropped for the first time in three weeks. They were 3.5% below the year-ago level.
Heating oil dropped by less than a cent to 1.79 and gasoline dropped 2.59 cents. Natural gas rose 5.7 cents to $7.475.
