House prices in Great Britain rose in March by 1.0% in a month and 11.1% for three months, Halifax, the largest mortgage company in UK, reported today. The news on house prices increases the possibility of BoE interest rate’s rise.Average house price was in March 194.362 pound sterling. In February house prices rose by 1.8% in a month and 9.9% for three months.
